This Privacy Policy describes how Tuushin LLC ("Tuushin," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Tuushin mobile application (the "App"). The App is provided to Tuushin customers to view cargo/shipment information, company news, service details, and to contact us. The App does not process payments and contains no in-app purchases or payment features.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you use the "Contact Us" / feedback form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message content, in order to respond to your inquiry.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service) to send you push notifications (e.g., shipment status updates, news). To do this, the App generates a device token, which is shared with our servers and with Google/Firebase infrastructure so that notifications can be delivered to your device.
To make sign-in more convenient, the App may store your login identifier and password locally on your device using secure local storage. This information is not transmitted anywhere other than to our servers for authentication and remains on your device unless you clear the app's data or uninstall the App.
If your device supports Face ID, fingerprint, or similar biometric authentication and you choose to enable it, the App uses your device's built-in biometric authentication system to unlock the App. Biometric data (such as your fingerprint or facial scan) is processed entirely by your device's operating system and is never accessed, collected, or transmitted by Tuushin or the App.
Like most mobile applications, we may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for the App to function and for basic crash/error diagnostics, such as device type, operating system version, and app version.

We retain account and cargo-related information for as long as your customer account with Tuushin remains active and as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Locally cached login information remains on your device until you log out, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also disable push notifications at any time through your device settings, and you may request that your customer account and associated data be deleted by contacting us using the information below.
The App is intended for use by Tuushin's business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction).
The App may contain links to third-party websites (such as our company website). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
